These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sulanga Luxury Chalets website and
the booking of accommodation and related services. By making a booking or completing a payment with us, you agree
to these Terms.
1. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment (deposit or full amount) and issue a
confirmation.
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when booking.
- Rates are quoted per night in the displayed currency and may change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Payments
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. By submitting a payment you authorise the
charge to your chosen payment method.
- All card details are entered on the payment provider's secure, encrypted checkout; we do not store your full
card information.
- The amount charged is shown at checkout in the selected currency. Currency conversion or bank fees, if any, are
determined by your card issuer and are your responsibility.
- If a payment fails or is declined, your booking will not be confirmed until a successful payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the contact details below.
- Any refund due, according to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking, will be returned to the
original payment method through the same payment gateway.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in and check-out times are advised at the time of booking. Early check-in or late check-out is
subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
5. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and for any loss or damage caused by them or their
party.
- The maximum number of guests must not exceed the booked capacity without prior approval.
- Smoking, parties and any illegal activity are prohibited unless expressly permitted.
- Please treat the villa, its facilities and neighbours with respect.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sulanga Luxury Chalets is not liable for any loss, injury or damage to
persons or personal property except where caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for events beyond our
reasonable control (force majeure), including natural events, utility failures or disruptions to third-party
payment services.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking
applies to that booking.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its
courts.
